VITAL INFORMATION UPDATE

Writer's picture: DoxDox

A lot of folks have asked for a recording of the new State guidelines session we recently held with Karen Hanan, Executive Director of the Washington State Arts Commission. I'm providing a link to help you gain quick access to important information about our event future.

Karen recently penned the "Theater & Performing Arts Reopening Guidelines" for the State and it was approved. In this session recording, she explains the guidelines intent, while answering a ton of sometimes difficult questions about implementation, process and future use. If you have questions, need more information, or want an invite to the second session with Karen on Feb 5th, let me know. This is our most popular webinar session ever, and the upcoming session promises to be even more popular due to the quality of information Karen shares, and the new information about phasing that the Governor delivered yesterday, and it's importance to the future livelihood of our industry. Respectfully, Dox

Thank you for joining us for the special seminar with Karen Hanan explaining new guidelines for the performing arts sector (Phase I and Phase 2). For those of you who weren’t able to attend, you can access the meeting by clicking below.

We know that several of you weren’t able to get on the session today because of capacity limitations (it was the most-attended session that we’ve ever had), so we’ve scheduled a second session with Karen Hanan to go over the guidelines for performing arts events for Friday, February 5 at 1 p.m. She’ll also present any updates if there are any. See Zoom info below. We are making changes so that we can allow more attendees at that meeting on the 5th.

Below please find a few guidelines that were referenced in the session:
